As you may know by now I am a huge quotes fanatic but my passion is also self help books. I am starting a monthly self help blog in my page so I may let you guys in on all the exercises and information from books.. articles and etc that has helped me in the past and in my present.
(One thing I want to mention is that I am so upset my laptop is acting up and the comma key doesn't want to work.... =/ but the show must go on =)...)
First thing everyone should do is buy a NOTEBOOK and start a SELF-WORTH BOOK. I have one its great to look back and see the past exercises you have done and reflect on your entries.
